All of OBM’s technicians are trained and certified through the manufacturer. The average experience of the OBM service technician is over 20 years, which assures you optimal equipment performance.

OBM guarantees our response time on emergency service calls, with an average of just under 3 hours. If we do not meet this Service Response Guarantee, you will receive a 5% credit toward your next OBM invoice.

We proudly offer the following:

• OBM technicians maintain a parts inventory with them at all times.
• If a part needs to be ordered for a machine, it is ordered the same day.
• Service is monitored electronically, along with daily verification of parts inventory.
• Loaners of equal or greater capability are available and will be placed as needed.
• OBM utilizes a comprehensive tracking system through OMD software to track:
  • Service calls
  • Histories
  • Dispatching of service personnel
